Did good job of installation but failed to set up a single remote control for TV. Told me it was not possible to use one remote. I set it up shortly after the technician left.

The two gentlemen that installed our TV were phenomenal! They were able to mount our tv onto our tile fireplace without any issues. They also provided excellent service.

The guys were perfect and professional both times that they came out to mount the TVs. 1st the Samsung 65 inch., then the Sony. Each time they were far more than what I expected. Really excellent.

Agents arrived on time. The agents displayed excellent team work. They were well prepared and each appeared to have predetermined responsibilities. They were very precise and strived for perfection.

The two gentlemen arrived a little early for their Friday appointment and got right to work. They had the TV set up, tuned in and everything ready to go in a very short time. I have hearing aids and they are hooked up to the TV. My wife uses the surround sound, there is a lag between my hearing aids and the surround sound which makes me hear an echo effect. I called the installers (as instructed) on Monday and again on Wednesday, that was a week ago and still nothing.
