The geek squad guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves and made sure it was running before leaving. Perfectly level and secure.

I have said it more than once but Geek Squad is not the same in every town. Moving from another location in Florida with a terrible Geek Squad I was HAPPY to find that Gainesville has the BEST by far.

The installer was awesome. Friendly and worked fast. Was not told on the phone I would need a kit for the wall and long power cord. I am really disappointed that I had to spend an extra $150.
