The agent explained everything that they were going to and when it was time to mount the tv’s they asked how high you want it and where on the wall you want it awesome work

Did not properly program the DIRECTV to my device. When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.

Showed up, great recommendations, made install look easy. Great Placement, cleaned up the little mess that was made, answered all question and when they were done all we had left was to sit back and enjoy.

Even though it may say free for 55” and smaller, it may not be if you cannot schedule it online. Was not able to schedule it online and when I went into the store, I was charged $179.00 for the 25 minute job.

Could not be happier with these professionals who really know their stuff and were really concerned with getting it "right" for us. My wife still brags on them 4 weeks later. Highly recommend this service.

Service person was right on time and followed my instructions on hanging the tv stand on the wall. Very nice person. Extremely pleased with everything.

Michael was the BEST. Installed exactly how we needed it and took the time to do a “using Smart TVs for Dummies” tutorial for us “non-techie” TV watchers. Awesome service.

Quickly setup my tv and did it the right way this time instead of putting it ontop of my sound bar like the last people did.

These 2 guys did a great job installing a 65" TV, wall mount system and hooking me up with cable, my blu-ray player and my sound bar. They explained everything and did a great job cleaning up.

Very professional and customer friendly service provided. Kudos to the team to give suggestion of the wallmount to be used for our 75' as the one we had would not be safe. Great job!
