Mike and Kyle were awesome. They were friendly and professional. I still have quite a bit to learn on setting up my new tv, but we got it on the wall anyway.

The company Best Buy hired were very professional. They were very honest aswell, telling me that the mount was not the right size and Best Buy corrected the issue. They were also not rushed, taking our requests to adjust the tv and connect our antenna

Jeff Sanchez is the best. He did a fantastic job installing the sound bar and woofer and mounting of tv on the wall. The remotes were a challenge for me and after Jeff's instructions became more understandable. Jeff Sanchez, Thank you for all your help - I appreciated it so much.
