This TV works well but the last one (exactly like this one isn't over a year old and the electronics failed.

The set up was exceptional. Professional, prompt, brought in help, installed perfectly. Give them raises.

The agent was very thorough and very professional. I'd give 5 stars, but they probably should have sent another person to help with the size of the TV.

not the usual TV mount, but the two Geek Squad team was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
