AGENTS INSTALLED MY MOUNT THEN MOUNTED MY 50 IN TV AND DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. MOUNT IS VERY STURDY AND WORKS WELL. ALSO SET UP TV AND SHOWED HOW TO USE THE SMART COMPONENTS.

I did not use this TVCONNECT 5 and payed for it on my Visa card and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I have called the company more than 3 times and no response

i was not happy about the price to hang the tv... but now that they did it i am happy! they hid all cords and boxes behind the tv. only thing is they should not charge extra $100 for above fireplace

The delivery guys were on time (I believe actually earlier than expected), kind, and very professional. They were very helpful and fast.

My wife is 60 years old and i cant mount a 75" tv on the wall by myself which is why i was glad best buy offered this service. You are also covered for a year should it fail giving us peace of mind.

Agents mounted new 77” oled. I would be way to scared. One of the agents did a pull up on the mount so I guess I can trust it will hold. Awesome job
