This 83" TV is large and the Geek Squad made installing it like child's play. Quick and clean and they were in and out in an hour+.

Everything appeared to be working properly until the installer left and we turned off the tv. When we turned it on the next day, the new tv and new sonos soundbar connected to it were not reading each other and we couldn't get the sound on without using the Sonos app on my phone to activate it. I learned this from our sales rep who walked me through it the first time. However, when we turned the tv off, we were still not able to get the sound on without going into the phone app. We scheduled a do over by calling the Geek Squad and it took a few minutes for him to realize the tv setup needed to be changed to allow the sound to come on automatically. He was great! Everything is good now.

The recommend tv mount size wasn’t fitting when combined with the tv. Best Buy exchanged it and an employee came out both days to mouth the tv!! Excellent customer service!

I would recommend this service to anyone who is unsure about mounting their own TV. The team is very detailed and organized. They come on time and make sure the mount is to your satisfaction
