They installed but couldn’t no explain how to operate the TV and they didn’t know why I can’t here Netflix in my Bose System and the TV shoot down every 10 minutes and u have to turn on again, the technicians told me that the will send somebody with more experience. I’m not happy at all and I still waiting who and when they will come and will leave my TV in good conditions

Dude did a great job mounting the tv. They wasn’t able to finish because they were sold out of the wall out let box to conceal the wires in the wall but he told me now to solve that and that he would come back and fix it and he did……like FOUR WEEKS LATER! It wasn’t the installer’s fault. It was Best Buy’s fault. I was supposed to get the cables out inside our walls the next weekend, which I was told we were scheduled for but nobody showed up. I called and they apologized and said they accidentally didn’t get me on the schedule so they scheduled me for the next weekend. Again, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called and they said no one put me on the calendar. I CALLED AGAIN and was told I was on the calendar for the THIRD STRAIGHT WEEK IN A ROW. And somebody finally showed up. Took two days off work for nobody to show up for two straight weeks. Customer service was atrocious. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t deal with that again.

Used Geek Squad to install. This was a gallery (flush) mount "55 OLED TV. The kit worked perfectly.

Went great with the TV I purchased. Is flush to the wall, but allows for movement in any direction.

I purchased thed premium tv mounting because I wanted it done right. Jim, the tech did an excellent job of setting up, tv with existing equipment and explaining everything. Well worth the cost.
