They did a great job of mounting the tv bracket and hsnging the TV. Only issue was the first tv eas damaged but they camd right back with a good one

Had a third party company come and do what I could have done. Best Buy sent Kyle from their installation crew and he did great and made the install look great! Ask for Kyle K!!!

The service was prompt, fast and clean. I already had the mount on the wall from the previous TV but needed help to take it off the wall and mount the new TV. It took them less than 20 minutes.

The Tech team came and installed my TV and spent alot of time making sure I knew how to operate Luis and Anthony are AWESOME!!

The agents took down my old TV and mounted my new one and hooked it up to my devices. They showed me how to use the remote. They were so gracious

We appreciate the advance call before arriving at residence. The service man was very courteous and did a great job of mounting the TV and connecting the cable. TV works beautifully.

Television mounting info was never explained. I called to ask about materials needed and specifics about my particular installation and could never speak to anyone. Apparently $250 to mount a television to the wall only counts for a tv that is mounted at eye level or lower. Because it needed to be mounted above a fireplace, there was an additional charge of $130. This is an unfortunate surprise charge that’s basically saying , you want the tv hung or not? So you are Shanghai’d for a ridiculous $130 hidden cost. It’s not worth it.

Crew arrived on time and did a great job. Cords are hidden and the box was attached to the tv mount with ties, very good value compared to other installers.

Excellent experience. Technician ended up needing to spend more time than expected because the old TV had been installed so long ago. He was very thorough in getting the installation completed.

The team that installed my tv and wall mount were wonderful. Did not explain how to remove tv from wall mount. Other than that they were very helpful.
