From deciding if we had chosen a location that would hold all the new gear to installing it and making sure we could navigate the TV ;and sound bar, he did it all

Agents were great. IT was relativbely difficulty connection but the figure it out and my TV hasn't not fallen off the wall at all.

They did an ok job. In terms of fastening it to the wall securely and fastening it to the tv securely, and being professional: 5/5. But the other part of it that they didn't do so well, is that you really have to start with where you want the tv to be, in all 3 dimensions, and then work backwards from there to position the mount. They didn't do that, and It ended up in kind of an awkward, less than ideal location imo. And of course once you've positioned it, there is really no changing it.

The delivery guys were on time. They installed the TV mount in our bedroom and connected all our devices. We are very happy with our purchase
