The techs were very well educated on my product and the installation was fast and well done. They walked me through the functions of the TV and helped me set up my system to sync with the TV.

The Geek Squad was excellent and very professional with my installation. They arrive when I expected and were quick to complet my setup!

These guys were on time and very professional. They were quick to install and explain. I over purchased items I didn't need, so I was able to return them the next day and get my money back. I would not have known this if it weren't for them.

Everything was mounted and hooked up professionally by the Greek geek squad sidenote, I schedule an appointment three different times had a lot of issues with the phone services with Best Buy is very unfortunate but all in all after the third appointment the guys came out melted my TV and made sure everything Was properly taken care of. That is all.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. The guys that came to mount our new tv did a great job. They were quick to get it installed and the ease of installation made me feel good about how it turned out and would be firmly supported on the wall. This is the second time I have used Geek Squad for TV mountings.

I had Cameroon and Lucas do my TV wall mount. These two high tech did a great job mounting my TV and then set everything up. They are so good no one could come close to these two guys. I am so pleased with their work and knowledge of the tv was very impressive this was the best service I have ever had.

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

Installed mount for TV and were careful not to drill too fast in case there might be a pipe. Put TV up on mount and EL box in our cabinet. Explained how the hand controller worked and connected up our Channel Master DVR and paired its remote to TV. The TV itself has a lot of features which it will take a while to figure out but fortunately we can use the Channel Master remote to control it. In a few years we will need a new DVR that can receive the new version 3 TV format because the frame TV can't.

The team From Geek Squad answered all my questions. They were meticulous in making sure all was perfect. When that picture came on it just took you breath away. Thanks to the gentle in the Geek Squad that made this posible.

I was a bit worried about how Best Buy would install my tv. But it went great and have had no issues. They were quick and efficient which i appeeciated.

Great service and the geek squealed installed in perfectly and even asked if I wanted it set up for me. They worked quietly and efficiently as I am working from home and once they were ready to drill, asked me for confirmation on the system. My only complaint is when they pulled the covers off the screen. It left residue that they ignored.

I had them install several tv’s on the same day. My new one was an 86 “. I’m a bit of a tech dummy. They patiently showed me everything. Also didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. They were super nice and everything was done efficiently and neatly.
