Geek Squad does not communicate directly with Best Buy and together the two looked like clowns at a circus. I returned my purchases of $3,000 because of the customer abuse I took with 2 failed attempts to install a 65 inch picture frame TV over a 4 week period. The customer focus of Best Buy is so lacking as they do not even allow a customer to call the store. If is to not "waste time" for the workers good job as I saw a min of 6-8 workers in blue shirts walking around doing NOTHING while I went to the store after the first failed attempt to install the TV given I could not call anyone. I will NEVER buy anything at Best Buy again and will certainly air this awful experience on all forms of Social Media. IT was abuse and a real Hostage crisis. Best Buy should be ashamed of how they treat customers after the sale!!!! Good thing there is a return policy!

Great option at a reasonable price. No problems so far.

this is more about best buy scheduling. if you could go back and review- initially I was told 7am-7pm. two days before i was told 11-1:30. the day before i was told 7 am -11am. I called and was told by that person 3:30-7. he put me on hold and said he made mistake. it would be 7-11 and likely closer to the early time. the day of delivery no show by 11:30. called, told they would call right back with update. 12:30 still no call. called again. the delivery guy then called at said sorry and was on his way. when he arrived he said they never should have said 7am. he doesnt start work till 9 am. I AM so sorry i spent the $200. on total tech. your delivery was ridiculous. the install went quickly but I wasted an entire half day when the knew all along it would not be till at least 10am.

The agents connected the tv to Wi-Fi and assisted me in using the features

Professional, courteous. The techs were later than expected but called well in advance to confirm delay was acceptable. The installation was timely. I am very pleased with the end result.

The Geek Squad wins again! Please keep up the standard. Super helpful. Mounted both TVs professionally and help me understand everything. Very friendly and humorous.

The agents were unable to mount, but they provided excellent connection and information to afford us the ability to access all that we needed

The gentleman were very clean,neat and organized. They left my house in the same condition they found it. They were very helpful in showing me everything there is about the TV.

They did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up as they went along and offered to connect additional wires Etc.

Arrived on time, totally professional, efficient and Covid protocol observant. VERY confident that my 65" Samsung is not going to fall off the wall!

The agent arrived at the precise time he told me he would be here, worked promptly and professionally, and made sure the TV was working properly before he left.

The tech who performed the installation showed up on time and did a wonderful job. However, trying to schedule the appointment was an ordeal. The Best Buy voice activated call director would not recognize what I wanted done and sent me to the wrong person several times. Finally, I was able to get a good customer service person on the line by pressing 0 several times. I suggest that Best Buy scrap the voice activated call director and go back to having us push buttons for our choices.
