Wonderful 75" Sony TV is living room with lots of windows. It so perfect, hard to believe how much better it is.

I was scheduled the week after Black Friday to install a frame tv. My wife took off from work a half day to be home for installation. At the end of the day installers were a no show no call. Upon talking to customer service I was told it was the manufacturers fault for not having inventory. After talking to the manager at my local Best Buy I found this to be a lie. We finally got it installed a week later which did go pretty smoothly. We really like the tv but the customer service was very bad. All they would compensate for my wife missing a half day was a $50 gift card and never to ownership for what happened only tried to make excuses…

The installers were here on time and immediately recognized that I had metal studs and the mount wouldn't work. Explained in great detail what I needed to purchase.

Ethan and Chris were amazing! They were polite, offered great suggestions, worked in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations for service!

Dismount & mount of new TV was fine, but the setup was marginal. Not familiar with IPTV, which uses the Wi-Fi. Had to schedule a service call with Grande/ Astound to complete setup. Have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past, but not this time.

The agent mounted my TV and connected it to all the services. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, clean, very professional, maintained social distancing.

I purchased a TV on eBay but bought the mount from BestBuy and had the Geek Squad install it. The 2 guys that came to our house were very professional and did a great job!
