Great job!!! Logan Lester was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I would request Logan for my next installation.

The mount functions well to allow primary viewing by me but adjustments for when I have company.

The Agents arrived on time ! They were professional and were quick completing the mounting.

The agent mounted the TV on the wall by making some minor adjustments due to the placement of the electrical outlet.

This install took two attempts. The final install was great. If I could give a 0 Star I would - 1000% FAIL by Bestbuy for On-line purchase. First attempt TV was scheduled to be delivered and installed by a BestBuy 3rd party vendor who failed to show up. Had to cancel order and re-order at the store and the final delivery and installation was weeks late despite me contacting BestBuy numerous times to try to mitigate. In the future if I need install, I am going into store where there are people who are accountable.

Service Team did a great job mounting TV and hooking up 6 speakers and stereo cd player and bluray player!

I bought a 77 inch TV and wanted a mount that was stable and could be adjusted in many different ways. This is that mount!

This is well worth the price for someone who is not a techie. They also hauled away the old tv and it was included.

THe 2 guys were friendly and fast in setting up my 75in Samsung. Removed all the boxing and gave me a quick tour. The only problem is Bixby talks to fast.

The agents arrived when expected. They mounted our tv on the wall efficiently and hooked up all our devices. They answered all our questions. They were great.

I purchased the installation by the Geek Squad. I was told they would hang it, hide the wires and help me program it. They would not do the last 2 - therefore I canceled their service for a refund. Disappointed. They were in communication with us and on time, but not giving what we were told by the salesperson we'd get. I've used them before - but idk about anymore going forward.
