The agents mounted my TV and hooked it up to my cable box. It was such an easy process and they were super nice!

Two Geek Squad technicians arrived on time and professionally installed my 65" TV. They programmed it to operate to its capabilities and demonstrated to me how everything works.

Very difficult time navigating back and forth between dvd and tv. 43 inch tv and DVD player in second tv has no sound since December 19 installation. Called 4 times to geek squad and was never connected. Was on hills 38 minutes last time. Finally got connected via internet to agent on December 23 rd. She could not resolve problems and scheduled tech to come out January 9 th for problem. 17 days later. Inexcusable after paying $350 for full support service. Don’t blame Covid!!!!

The installers were very polite and helpful with setting the TV up. The wires behind the wall look really nice. The installers did a good job with little mess to clean up.

The agent was on time and new how to hook up everything. He also knew how to re program my harmony remote. He also connected the sound bar.
