The gentleman came on time and was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. Cleaned up his mess and made sure the tv was exactly where I wanted it.

After some issues . Things got better and resolved.

Excellent service. I was running late for my Geeksquad appointment and they were able to accommodate me without any problems.

I paid for my components connected to the TV only to find out that they don’t connect audio components. So that means I just paid for my X-Box to be connected. I could have done that myself. I couldn’t have my Sound bar put up because they don’t drill holes in the wall . They wanted to sell me Sound bar holder and assemble cost. I just brought the TV AND THE COST OF PUTTING IT ON THE WALL and adding the price of connecting the X-Box. Not happy. Wasn’t informed on what they put up. I would like to have my Sound Bar installed. At a reasonable price. I already have the Sound bar kit.

The agents were knowledgeable, proficient and helpful, answering all my questions and demonstrating how to use the equipment.

I was pleased with the overall installation by wall mount of my tv. My only complaint is my tv is about 1/2 inch lower on 1 side. It's not very noticeable however. My installer was very pleasant as well. I would recommend this service
