the agents connected my tv and sound bar and left me with many disconnected wires and i do not go where they go . Josh left me with his phone # to call if i had any questions . when i called he did not answer and he never returned my call . hence Geek Squad is scheduled to return on Sept 20 to finish the job . And with that call to Best Buy cust. service , i am very happy with how i was helped . i will await the visit from Geek Squad on Sept 20th thank you very much

The agent mounted my TV, programmed what was needed and hooked the TV up to everything I needed. He added a quick tutorial. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!

I have recently had 2 appointments with the Geek Squad. 1 appointment ran much later, but they communicated several times about their ETA. Both service techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Definitely worth the money!
