TV quality is great on this LG. The clarity is outstanding and the install was smooth.

The team showed up and was courteous and respectful of house. This TV was too heavy for my girlfriend and I to lift. They were able to hide the wires in the wall but left a hole for me to patch. No biggie, expected.

The Best Buy installers did an excellent job installing the tv mount, the in-wall cable system, hanging the vans setting it up.

The agent did install & mount 2 tvs. 1 looks great, 1 is tilted & wall plates left off. We were never told he didn’t have items. Lowes was very helpful in telling us what we needed. This was dangerous with pets to have access to wires. The third tv needed to be anchored to wall. It was above the tv connected to old straps. Looked terrible, He said he’d never done this type of job , but also he didn’t ask.
