The only thing I dislike about this tv is the remote. It is not user friendly and Samsung needs to improve it.

Got a fabulous deal on the TV, so used the savings to let Geek Squad do the install. Unfortunately, the installer knew there was a problem, left anyway, and didn't respond to emails. The TV randomly times-out, all the time. He said "if you see this screen just push home theater". He never said that was going to happen every 15 minutes! Claim it has nothing to do with install ... really? How come the prior TV worked perfectly then? Waste of $200 and no idea how I"m going to get it working correctly.

Both of the tech's were knowledgeable took the time to do the setup as we wanted. Ray was especially good in setting up the Horizon. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bought this heavier bracket to mount my new Sony 49" TV to the wall, it's a good sturdy unit and I'm glad I purchased this one. Would recommend it.
