Great job mounting our tv!The guys were professional and on time

The teams was on-time (a bit early) and new how to put things together. However, the experience with the surround sound was not goo. They just hooked it up and did nothing to fine tune it. I guess that's a user preference.

Agent was on time personable he wore a mask and shoe covers cleaned up when he was done. He was very professional and courteous

I absolutely love the install tech guys. They are so proficient, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with service. I took a day off from work to get my TV delivered. I spent over an hour in the store working with a salesperson to pick out the services I needed. The Geek Squad technician called me at 9am and told me that the order was 100% wrong and that none of the items I selected made sense. I was confused because I spent over an hour going over this with the salesman. He informed me that he would be leaving the items I wanted at the store and that Best Buy would be contacting me. The poor support worker who called me tried his best to figure out what was missing from my order and we spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why this geek squad tech cancelled my order. After realizing that the geek squad tech was 100% wrong and rushed me off the phone because he was likely trying to lighten his load for the day, I cancelled my entire order. Why does your company make it so hard for someone to spend money with you. I wasted hours of my time, lost a day of work, and am completely unsatisfied.

They were on time, professional, and competent. Set up the tv and even had to re-drill the wall for the bracket. They also explained everything completely.
