We have wanted to purchase a smart tv for a very long time we got this lg nano 55 inch nano tv and Love it thanks best Buy.

Stein and sturdy tv mount. Easy to setup and has pull tabs to dismount the tv. Simple to install all hardware was provided.

Agents setup my tv and didn't have to mount it and it was great.

The Geek Squad installed my TV and set everything up and answered all of my questions, did a professional job of installing and was very quickly done.

Person showed up on time. Was polite and professional. Initially, he installed the TV way off-center. Once I showed him that the convergence of the sheets of paper wasn’t necessarily the center of the stencil, he fixed the centering - though there were already extra holes in the wall. In the end, the two mounts (one per side - it was a “The Frame TV”) were not level or consistent with one another. The mounts were not connected to the TV properly, so it wasn’t flush with the wall as it should have been. He put some foam things on the bottom (one was about double the thickness than the one on the opposite side) and noted it’s the way it is with this TV. I knew the job was poor, but I wanted him to leave as I knew I could fix it better and faster myself. When he left, I took it all down. Turned out the L and R pieces on the back of the TV were put on backwards, and the hooks on the back were affixed securely, but not latched so it didn’t close flush as it should have (hence, it wasn’t flush with the wall). I fixed it all, and I everything looks great. For a standard TV mount, I’m sure this guy was just fine. In the future, I think I will do as I always used to do and just hang these devices myself. I have very high standards for my home and hanging of devices (eg, I use a laser level and always measure twice). If you’re ok with “good enough,” I’m sure their work will consistently suffice.

Never had a problem using Webroot Security! Excellent protection for your computer!

Premium installation was purchased so that the TV and SONOS ARC could be connected to the receiver and home theater, but the installer was from an outside service and NOT from the Geek Squad. I called customer service and they are dispatching the Geeks to come and make it right but not until 18 days later. So the final recommendation is MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE FROM GEEK SQUAD FAMILIAR WITH HOME THEATERS is sent if you are paying for a premium install.

hung it pretty well . tilts in one direction seems sturdy and does the job. Nothing special. outlets of tv are a little tough to get to but it is not impossible. Intalllation was pretty good.

The mounting was done well, the guys did a great job. I would not recommend the actual mount, it could have been better built.
