New tv

Microwave exhaust problem

Although I initially sent a positive review, I cooked bacon the other day and the fan did not seem to be operating properly. The fan was blowing, but the house was filling up with smoke. I you-tubed this type of installation and their are tabs or adjustments that need to be made prior to mounting so the exhaust operates properly with my wall vent. I will come into the store after the holidays to try to rectify this. It's too stressful right now with holidays approaching. Thank you.
