Insulation was fast, however, I was unable to reach the guy for days after installation with questions after he’d left his contact information should I have questions! He set up my surround sound and tested it on the apps but not the tv itself. The sound only goes so high on the tv and really loud on the apps like HULU, Netflix, etc. very disappointed! Also, he did not even setup the tv remote to control everything so now we have to use 3 different remotes. I’m afraid to use the Geek Squad after this experience!

We bought this service for mother in law to get her TV mounted above her fireplace. They did a fantastic and fast job. Very thorough and professional.

Let's face it: a 75-ft rv should not be pulled out, moved around, etc. on a wall. I would recommend the stationary mount. I would recommend this mount for a smaller tv.

Bought this for the Sony A9G and it works great. Had some Geek squad members install it and everything turned out great.

The mounting of the TV went great. The issue I have is the fact that the TV was late in arriving which delayed the installation. I purchased the TV on November 29th and it wasn’t installed until January 18th. I was told it was due to the TV being on backorder but there was a piece of paper attached to the TV when it did arrive that said “shipped to wrong location.” Do better.
