Had Best Buy come out to do install and hookup in our new home. Guys were on time, courteous, professional. And cost was much less than other companies.

Still a hair crooked after having them correct it once. Hard to get it perfect with just the basic static mount without its own leveling features. I’ll have to shove some spacing material under one of the latches.

Mounting of the television went well...everything hooked up properly...hole in wall for cables looks good

The television was mounted by the Geek Squad with no issues. Great service.

Agents mounted a replacement TV (previously had lemon that Best Buy graciously replaced). Have some recommendations for squad for future installations. Had rained, so came in with wet shoes (booties?), left finger prints on TV screen, and did not install new TV power cord. Left the cables wrapped with old TV power cord. What if that had been the issue with "lemon" TV. Agents were polite and seem to work hard but felt attention to detail lacking and if told, they will provide better service in future. Hate to see them lose jobs.

Great 75" tv for our family room. Wish though, that it had come with the upgraded remote, like we had with our previous tv.

I love Sony products. The color is amazing. The sound is good. I have Alexa hooked up to it as well. Highly recommend this TV
