    The two of them was super helpful and when they set up the tv they also programmed the remote. They talked me thru the whole process I was very pleased

    Geek squad team didn't show up at the same time and seemed a little disorganized. Had to come back to complete the setup. Seemed to be in a hurry to get done.

    We have Total Tech Support and love it. I am not a skilled DIY guy and would never want to attempt to mount a 65 inch TV by myself.
