    I bought the Totaltech so I could get the Samsung TV delivered, installed in the wall mount and set up. The TV is mounted, etc. but the tech did not actually set it up for my wife and see that it was working correctly. Now I am 3 weeks away from another service call because I cannot get it set up properly. Disappointed in the service.

    The guys did great job installing wall brackets in a very tight area. Mounted TV and did audio set up. Very happy with the work.

    Well worth the money. Hung the tv, set everything up and went over the remote. What would have taken us all day took less than 30 minutes.
