  • Sucky install guy - lack of professionalism

    Guy did not listen to me about centered placement. He lied about the instructions I gave him. He did not clean up after himself - leaving screws all over the carpet. Luckily, the mount I bought handles the angles I need and the centering issue is hidden by the mount's ability to be moved all right or all left against the wall.

    Finding a stud in a plaster wall is challenging. The guys had no problem. My tv was mounted perfectly in about an hour.
