    The guys showed up when scheduled, knew what they we doing, mounted the TVs showed me the new features, cleaned up and left. what more could I ask?

    It worked perfectly. We now have a Sony 85" TV mounted to the wall. It swivels, tilts, and remains secure.

    Came unprepared, I had to install recessed outlet for them to complete the mounting process. I could have done myself and a better job of it.
