The Geek Squad mounted 65 inch TV to the wall quickly and carefully, wearing masks to prevent spread of COVID-19. Also compiled info for easy reference and helped with storing box in the garage.

At first I was skeptical of purchasing this service but doing so was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Well worth the cost. The Geek Squad was so professional and they did amazing work during the install.

Love this wall mount. Fits TV from 42”-90” and will hold up to 150 lbs. It can be extended almost 7 inches and rotate the TV screen to either the left or right if needed. Also easy access to the connecting cable. Perfect for the space we have!! The Gerk Squad recommended the height and installed it and the TV. Very courteous and efficient.

The Geek Squad were punctual, very polite and wore the shoe coverings before entering my home. They unmounted a television that I no longer wanted and installed or remounted a new 65 inch Smart TV in its place. They tested the TV to make sure it was working correctly and went over the instructions with me about operating the new televison. They also cleaned up all the packaging and took that with them when they left. Thank you again for doing a fantastic job.

The installation was relatively simple – I already had a 5.1 Speaker system from my previous TV setup, and the new TV simply stands on a glass unit that houses the amp/tuner, DVD player, etc., so no wall mount needed. But the guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and smartly. Great team!

Guys came in mounted and installed my new 75’ TV with no issues! They were professional and explained the TV functions. The geek squad made sure everything was perfect before they left.

My technician Ryan was amazing. He texted me first thing in the morning confirming the appointment and even asked if I needed anything else before he arrived. He came on time, was extremely professional and CLEAN! I hate when I have someone install something and they leave a mess. Not Ryan, he made sure everything was perfect before he left. He did a wonderful job installing and mounting my TV and even made sure my Roku account and all the other apps were signed in and connected to my wifi. He went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied. I look forward to having him back for my next project.

Very knowledgeable workers. Showed up on time. They explained everything and the installation was incredibly good. What a nice service Best Buy offers at a reasonable cost. My Geek Squad service was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Dorian and crew as my Geek Squad Experts. They called me when they were headed to my house. They arrived earlier than I expected - they wore face masks and shoe covers - they were courteous - careful - and efficient. I received great customer service and was also empowered with knowledge because they answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT). I am so happy that I chose to purchase the mounting service. The mount seems to allow us a better view of the TV from all angles within the room. The TV - the service accessories...........everything is great! I am so happy about my purchase.

The agents did a great job mounting my TV. And I had paid the extra $50 for them to run the HDMI and power cord cables through the wall, but since I already had the HDMI cable in there and I forgot that I already had an electrical outlet behind the old TV on the wall, I didn't need this extra service and Best Buy was nice enough to refund me the $50 back to my Best Buy card with no hassle.

Mounted 65 inch TV, above fireplace, very professional, took less than an hour, worth every penny, too large and clumsy for me to do myself at 56 years old, glad there is a quality service like this available
