Friendly customer service. However, I will have to schedule another call due to: TV stopped working 2 days after mounted on the wall. My TV was still under warranty so I was able to have it serviced at no cost and now works again. Samsung advised on the next installation to make sure no pressure is applied to front of screen to place bac on the Wall Mount. I think I will have to pay for this service again and that is the part that makes my rating a 3.

Geek squad was good. It took them a lot longer to fix my tv than they said. Had to wait and additional 3 weeks, and wouldn’t accommodate scheduling when they messed up my order and extended my replacement date by 10 days. In the end they replaced the tv and installed a new one after 5 separate calls to fix it.

The person came on time set up the two tvs very professional and then explain how to use the tv and the operation of the diffent uses
