First, I’ll say that the in-home consultant and the installers were very nice people and worked hard. However, the result was that it took four trips to install what seemed to be a fairly simple set up. I simplified my system to all Sony devices so they would play well together: television, Blu-ray Disc player, and sound bar. That did not work out because the Sony remote simply was not consistent in operating even that simple system. I ended up having to buy a very expensive remote control that only Best Buy can program initially and in the future. That just does not seem necessary for in expensive overall system. So, the people were smart and ernest, but the result was that it took about five weeks to get a stable operating system.
