The two who installed did an ok job, however, they had to borrow tools from my husband--which he didn't mind--but was surprised they would not have come prepared. All the wires in the back were sort of looped around each other and ended up falling down below the TV after they left & my husband needed to coil & tie wrap them. Installation was ok--everything works fine--just not the quality of work we have seen on other items delivered and set up.

The techs were on time and provided exceptional service! They are welcomed here anytime.

the team that came to my house was very nice and friendly. However, the service was not completed as advertised (cords were no hidden), and the functionality of the mount is not able to work because they didn't have the correct length bolts for mounting. I am pretty disappointed, and more so, since I gave a review on the service and have had no contact from anyone.
