    They arrived on time, gave me a heads up on the way. Worked quickly, mounted my tv, and took the old one off the wall too.

    The cost to install the sound bar with the TV was not communicated in advance. For the amount of time to do so, it should have been included with the TV.

    The Tech was friendly; however, he was in a hurry to take care of personal business. I later learned that he didn't properly install/compete my service and I had to have a team return to my house to complete the task. I love Geek Squad and have never had a problem before. This was a one off but it was frustrating.
