Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent mounted tv to my wall I would of given a 5 star unfortunately the agent didn't give any space for my other devices that connects to my tv like blue ray, playstation and so forth. My furniture that sits right underneath theres not even 2 cm space in between and didn't even ask if he should hook up my devices... I thought that's why I have membership and paid for the service. So disappointing.

Close to wall but tilts just enough

they overcame obstacles in mounting my TV .
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told to have an electrician install an outlet behind the TV. I was not told where to place it. As a result the outlet was placed to close to the center and covered by the mounting bracket. a complete waste of time and money, it was useless. the geek squad could have moved it but didn't. Instead they ran a longer electric cord and hide the wires in a tube. I asked for an adjustment in price and was told there would not be any. I remain unsatisfied after spending over $3,000 for a Tv and sound bar

Geek Squad Installed Our New TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Samsung 75” TV per the Best Buy Reps recommendation and had the Geek Squad install it at my house. The Installers were friendly and professional but the TV didn’t work as described for more than an hour and I have now had the Geek Squad back to my house 4 times in 2 months. They have even installed a new TV with the same results. Great pics but doesn’t communicate well with YouTube TV. Now I’m told this is a known issue….
