I bought a wall mount because I was unsure of strength needed for a 50" TV, but it turned out we could use the existing mount, so we saved money there. Installation by Geek Squad rep was friendly and expeditious. Did all the settings for us in terms of best display for the room, and ensured all applications were working. Exemplary service!

The installation squad arrived Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and Efficient. Excellent Customer Service❣️ Also assisted with Spectrum set up, speaking directly to Spectrum Customer service to resolve technical issues. The old tv haul away service definitely worth the extra fee.

The GEEK….that set up my 55in television and connected my devices, did a great job. He was very professional. He made sure everything was working before he left. I would recommend the GEEK SQUAD!

The tech did a beautiful job mounting my TV. He ran the cords through the wall so I don't have ugly cords hanging down. He put the cable box and Firestick on the back where they can't be seen. He also installed the sound bar on the TV so when it is turned the sound follows. He did set up so I only have 2 controls to deal with instead of 3 and explained how to use everything.

The agents were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and setup my new television with no problems.

I only needed one man to install my TV wall mount, and he, even alone, did a fast and thorough job. When I go to adjust the angle, the whole thing feels safe, sturdy and strong. The Geek Squad guy was really nice, kind, helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

Agents were very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an excellent job installing/mounting our TV and sound bar. They set the TV, sound bar, cable box, remotes, and streaming services. Agent Jesus and his assistant were awesome and patient at mounting my new LG Oled Tv and LG surround bar. Did everything perfectly and answered a couple questions we had. I would recommend them to install your new tech they have such a fun personality. Well done guys I would like to have them again on my next tech install.

The agents called to let me know they were on their way, the arrived on time, masked up for safety, they had great attitudes, very professional, patient with me as I am not tech savvy @ all, they were nice & I just truly enjoyed the experience 100! The delivery and install persons, especially Brandon, are super professional and install both TV and sound bar perfectly. They helped with setting up and go over all the features of the Smart Google TV XR75X95J TV as well as the Sony HT7000 sound bar with me. Both Geek Squad installers are very nice and did all clean up. I highly recommend Best Buy TotalTech support and installation with wall mount from Best Buy!

The two Geek Squad technicians who came out and did the installation were very friendly and helpful. They answered each of my questions and even when as far as explaining what they were doing as they prepared and installed the different parts.

Getting this service was great but trying to get info from the instore Geek Squad was pretty much none existent. We wanted info on how the wires would look and how they could be placed. Getting help from them was a disappointment, but our installers were great!! I would use this service again.

These guys were SO FAST and kept the area very clean. They were a little early, so I told them I hadn’t finished moving things from in front of the wall in question. They said “no worries, we’ll help!” When they saw the area, they said no need to move things, they could work around it! That was nice! Hardly anything to “put back.” And they worked so fast, still taking time to offer different placements. They also suggested a little higher on the wall, so it was more comfortable watching from bed. I hadn’t even thought of that, and boy, were they right!!! They set up my new TV (I am technologically disadvantaged-read “OLD”) and made sure I understood all of the features of the remote. I really needed that, as I am new here, and never had Roku. THAT was really helpful!! I paid for white glove delivery, and they even cleaned up, took the old tv and all the packing materials away. That was great, since I am in a wheelchair. I will definetly have any future TVs installed with this same service. They knew so many tricks of the trade that I Never would have THOUGHT of, even if I was young and able-bodied!! This has been a great experience, and they were so nice, and I have such a GREAT outcome. I am so happy with the results!!!

The TV was mounted perfectly on the wall, with an add on IWPE Bundle, so the power to the TV and a Apple TV 4k mounted behind the TV is hidden in the wall. Using WiFi to run the TV and Apple TV 4k, there are no cables showing anywhere. At the bottom of the IWPE there is a detachable power cable that plugs into my power outlet mounted surge protector.

The agents came and set up my TV on the wall, I bought the TV and mount from Amazon but the mount did not reach the studs in my wall. I was able to buy a mount from them on the spot and return my amazon one. They did a great job measuring everything, like the distance from the wall to my sectional, and determining the right height and tilt.

The young man was professional and knowledgeable in everything he said and done. Cleaned up from the box to the drilling for the mounting of the television. He also made sure the television was ready to view.

This service is well worth the money if you are installing your TV on the wall. Scheduling was easy & reliable. They brought all the tools to properly mount the TV & removed all the boxes. What a breeze!

The agents came to my house within the given timeframe and did a fantastic job, mounting my tv to the wall. They walked me through various reasons why they were doing things a certain way. In the end, my tv looks great where it is.
