    This is a tough one for me as I had quite an experience that lasted over a week but Best Buy ultimately came through in the end. After 3 Technician calls they finally got it right with the set-up. Without going in with details, overall the last technician was patient and knew what he was doing.

    Great customer service with Geek Squad. Due to updating house, my TV still needs to be mounted but Geek Squad gave lots of ideas.
