My TV was hung too high. I requested 6 inches above my original TV stand, but there was a miscommunication between the 2 third party geek squad installers and it was hung 17 inches. It was light watching TV in the front row of a movie theater. Best Buy was awesome and sent another geek squad employees to lower the mount. However it could only be lowered another 6 inches due to the in wall cable installation. Now the screws holes show above the TV. A damage report was to be entered but I have not heard from anyone yet. I have tried to call but am unable to get through. I would recommend the geek squad because they did an awesome job of installing but MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE AS TO THE HIEGHT.

The two agents, Randy and Frankie, arrived within the promised timeframe. They were cordial and wore their masks. Before moving on quickly to mount our TVs, they asked questions and made sure that they were mounted at the best spot for comfortable viewing. They tied up loose cables and kept all wirings neatly tucked. The agents were well prepared, quick, and precise in mounting our TVs. We are very pleased with their performance and they put our satisfaction their priority. If we ever need any future Geek Squad Total Tech Support, we would surely ask for them again.

This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! Geek squad surveyed our request in person. Our job wasn't easy as it involved penetrating tile wall. A risk of fracturing beyond the installation point was high given the tools, the weight of what would be hung up (a 65" tv mount + the unit iteself). After thorough consultation, the crew precisely conducted the install. It was done as perfectly as can be. The work has held up through July 2020 and zero problems have been experienced. This crew exercised the highest care. They know their job and execute it with the best of them. I recommend Geek Squad for home installation of your purchased items from Best Buy.

The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

Geek Squad was excellent once again. The job was a pretty simple articulating TV bracket installation, but it needed to be affixed to a decorative brick fireplace. I called as I was too busy at work to get the work done before an important event at our home, and they were able to schedule us quickly. The communications, work, and clean-up after the job was completed were all very professional.
