The geek squad tech was fast and efficient in connecting this tv.

I paid and scheduled my Geek Squad service to mount my TV a week in advance. They called me the day before they were suppose to install and cancelled service stating that one of their installers called in sick. I called in their service center to reschedule and set up another appointment for the following week. Once again they called a day before the scheduled service date and cancelled once again and said I needed to set up another appointment. I called a local installer and they came out two days later and did a wonderful job on the installation for less money than Best Buys Geek Squad charged me. Now to try and get a refund for paid for service not rendered. By the way I purchased another TV from Best Buy and scheduled service and the same thing happened about a month prior. The day they were suppose to arrive for installation they said they could not make it due to weather. I rescheduled for the following week and they did arrive that time to install. I'm so disappointed in their customer service that I don't think I will purchase anymore products from Bestbuy.

The tech came and installed my fb mount in no time. It was very easy and prompt and reliable. Only issue I had was the tech while installing broke my chrome cast cable.
