    Have elite coverage so I went ahead and had geek squad mount my TV in the new house. Installer was beyond rude and just carried an overwhelming feeling of not wanting to do the job and if he did he wasn't trying to make sure he did it right. Ended up using them again for a different product with a completely different result. Was friendly throughout and helpful which sort of made up for the last guy but apparently the complaint isn't abnormal from what I was told so...

    Ordered a REDO; Tech failed the following; 1.) Installed Samsung TV box on top of Surround Sound Receiver in TV console cabinet (over-heating problems); 2.) Unable to install video laser disk player; 3.) reconnected existing rear speakers do NOT work; 4.) paid for front ceiling speaker mounts that were never installed; 5.) workmanship AVERAGE; and 6.) Tech friendly, pre-occupied & did NOT have the technical skill sets to reinstall older Surround Sound Equipment.
