    The agents removed my old tv and mount and installed new mount and tv. did not spend enough time instructing me on my new tv.

    best buy geek squad did a great job installing they get 5 stars only problem is i paid to have wires run through the wall but no one in store said you had to have this and that in order for them to run wires ended up paying another $140.00 for cords and stuff upset over paying extra and then having to pay even more
