The agents were excellent both with installation and overall knowledge. Unfortunately my first TV was bad out of the box but the lead agent took it upon himself to set everything up again for him personally to come back out to house with new TV. Even though it was weeks later, I felt the gentleman genuinely cared about the situation so was worth the wait.

I had an excellent experience getting my tv mounted by a geek squad team member. He was very professional, timely and even cleaned up after the install.

Very great company. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I asked about hiding wires to TV and they help get that squared away on the spot.

The Rep that installed our tv on August 5, 2023 was great! He was very professional yet friendly! Was able to set everything up with ease! We were a little nervous because it wasn't a Geek Squad rep, but I would highly recommend him again to do an install! We wanted the tv installed sooner than the Geek Squad was available. I think his name was William. Thanks for a great job!!

Three guys showed up, each worked independently to prep the wall mount, unpacking the tv and prepped the surround bar and system for install. Hung the tv, set up the surround system and gave a run down of operation. Very smooth, efficient and thorough process.

Was contemplating whether to use Geek Squad for installation but they did an excellent job. Their main concern is making sure the tv is placed perfectly for you, and they are quick and professional. Highly recommended.

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

The team that delivered , mounted, and setup my new TV was absolutely great. Can't say enough praise. Due to them everything went smooth, no stone unturned. They even cleaned up surrounding installation area, as well as hauled all packaging away with them. Now that's class.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

The Geek Squad did a professional and excellent job mounting my 70 inch tv. They were quick and even vacuumed after. Above and beyond.

Geek Squad is the best at Best Buy. Professional and Instructional. I had Kennan Conner whom took his time and patience with me as I'm not a geek but I'm learning. Kennan did a wonderful job. I usually pick up after workers installing items but I the installation was complete it was instruction time. Very informative as to teaching me how it works and as I keep playing with it I learn more. I can't thank you enough for making my day installing my new TV. Thank you so so much.

The gentleman who came and set up were awesome. Yet it kind of upsets me that with the Best Buy service I purchased after this year the free in home set up is going away. After all this is why I would purchase the Best Buy service. I do understand the cost of sending service people for set up yet Best Buy could at least offer in home set up at least free if you purchase a certain dollar amount.

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! What nice guys and a great installation experience!

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! The crew that came to my home to setup my tv did a fantastic job mounting my television. They even made recommendations to improve listening and viewing experience .

TV and sound bar was installed perfectly and the technicians were friendly and professional.

The gentlemen that mounted our TV did an excellent job asking about our preferences: where we envisioned the TV, where seating would be, and then looking at lighting to ensure the TV would be mounted in the best position and at the optimal viewing angle based on those discussions. They also helped us figure out what we needed for future connection to a surround sound system. Thank you!!
