    I scheduled for the Geek Squad and somehow ended up with a sub contractor that was not quite up to the same expertise as the actual Geek Sq. Best Buy has intervened and a member of the “real” Geek Sq will be coming to set up my surround sound and adjust the tv picture. Best Buy should consider only using the real Geek Sq and not sub contractors.

    The that was purchased was an open box buy and that's totally fine because this isn't the first time I've purchased open box. However....It was delivered with hardly any safe guard packaging so therefore it could have become damaged, goes to show how much they care. The item was also dirty with fingerprints all over it. Not good with this virus going around. Overall I love HP products.

    I was disappointed by the service the guys couldn't put it all together and they didn't bring something with them that I paid for it was there at the store when I purchased it. They couldn't or wouldn't hook up the surround system.
