Installation/Communication Nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For 3 scheduled installations by the "Geek Squad" over a 3 month period, no agent came during the scheduled installation time (which was a 6 hour window or an 8 hour window, during which we had to remain in our condo). We called while waiting to receive updates and were assured someone was coming, only to eventually be told they would not arrive. Communication was difficult because we were always dealing with a call center outside the US and they had limited means of finding out what was actually happening, and sometimes would put us on hold for long periods (I spent over 10 hours, probably 15) on the phone getting no satisfactory answers. Eventually, 4 months after purchase, 1 agent came and with my help( because it was a 2 person job), installed the TV satisfactorily.

Basic install with no real explanation.
