    While the installers did a great job mounting the TV, one of the installers didn’t want to finish the process of setting the tv up which I believe is part of the $249.99 we paid for. I have already contacted Best Buy installing dept regarding this as I don’t feel we got the complete service that was paid for.

    I was supposed to get a Geek Squad install team; even decided to wait an extra 3 days, but got a 3rd party installer instead. They mounted both brackets surrounding the electrical plug, so when something is plugged in, you can't move the TV all the way back any more. Finally, one of the TVs is not straight.
