Geek Squad Installed My TV quickly and efficiently

We told the customer service person we purchased this TV and Sound Bar from - that this was going to be mounted on a stone fireplace. We know he typed in specifics for Geek Squad. He asked us a ton of questions and typed away.... We waited weeks for our appointment and the day before the appointment I received a phone call and 'Robert' from Geek Squad. Robert verified with me that it was being mounted on a stone fireplace. He also asked a bunch of questions and then asked me to send him a picture of the stone - which I did. On 11Nov - when Robert arrived... he was here for 2 minutes. Looked at the fireplace and said "I can't hang this TV - it's on stone". He told us he would have a "special" group contact us now - with details of when they can come out and potentially hang the TV. Nobody has called. We paid money to have these guys come hang our TV and sound bar - and it looks like my husband is going to have to do it himself anyway. This is our first experience with Geek Squad service and it has been less than stellar. Beware before you give them any money for this service. If Best Buy is reading this - do I get a refund since Geek Squad failed to provide the mounting service that I was charged for?
