This was the best and easiest way to install a new TV. Things went as planned.

The guys came to my home before so we were familiar with each other. Pleasant attitude and great character. Showed up on time and very knowledgeable about different aspects of technology. The only minor flaw that stood out was that when they assembled the TV stand, they attached my TV set leaning forwards and they couldn’t readjust it. So it’s a little eye soar for myself and my family. Smh.

While the television I ordered is amazing, the delivery and installation experience has been quite frustrating. First, my delivery/installation window was 12/3 between 7 AM - 10 AM. I received a text on the morning of 12/3 to confirm. However, the delivery team did not arrive until around 5 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the Best Buy essential mount would not work because my studs were too far apart. The team promised to return the Best Buy Essentials mount and I ordered the correct mount in the store. My television was installed the following day. However, it has been over a week and the installation team has not returned the Best Buy essentials mount so I can obtain my refund. Despite multiple calls, discussions with chat support, and pleas with the installation team (I have their direct number) this issue remains unresolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wish someone would just return the mount and refund my purchase. I honestly wish I would have just returned it myself, but I thought Best Buy's installation team would return it to Best Buy. I figured they had to return to the store to pick up new delivery items so I left it in their hands. Big mistake!

My recent TV install was apparently outsourced to a 3rd party who arrived late in a rental van and no uniform. There was only one person to mount a 65” TV which resulted in me having to help carry and lift the TV to mount it. My previous experiences with actual geek squad employees was great.

The agent mounted My TV but the mount was defected. Instead of the technician taking the mount back. He still mounted the TV on a defected device. Here told me to call the store myself to schedule another appointment for a different tech to bring back a piece that could fix the mount. I felt that was a convenience for me and the technician should have took care of the issue.
