    I liked the job. They don't do cable management like previous jobs. You get just the basic.

    There are two reasons for the low rating. First, the installation technician arrived significantly later than scheduled, There was no notification that the appointment was delayed, nor any sense of concern when I called to inquire/complain. The BestBuy representative seemed to think it completely appropriate for me to wait 8 hours past the 'scheduled' arrival time. Then, once the installation technician arrived, he did not have the required equipment to complete the installation I had ordered/paid for.
