    The agents were good, but were unable to bring everything that was ordered. I had to call many times to get a Geek agent to come out and finish the installation. Also, on regular channels the voice and the words were not in-sync. I had to have them come back out on that and they still could not fix it.

    I purchased the delivery and mounting of a new 65” Roku TV. The mounting seemed to go alright. However, the TV was flawed and had a problem with the main board. Roku tried help me over the phone. But, finally replaced the TV. The problem is that the guy who delivered the replacement said that he would mount the new TV. So now, I paid for a mounted TV, but I don’t have a mounted TV. I feel like I deserve a refund for the mounting that was originally done. The TV didn’t work.
