The guy was very nice, but it was his first job with Best Buy. We were told a member of the Geek Squad was installing the tv, so I expected someone in a Geek Squad vehicle and clothing. He came in an old black panel van and did not have anything Best Buy on. He had to remount the tv twice because once it was too high on the wall and the next time it was mounted crooked, but he did stay until I was satisfied.

Wonderful. Great job done. We will be calling them again for our living room.

Took forever to get scheduled. When they came, they: (a) charged to move the TV mount, despite no forewarning this was a possibility; (b) did not verify that the system worked with the existing A/V receiver (which needed to be replaced, and which I had to do myself. Very disappointing.

The geek squad agents were very quick and courteous.

Geek squad arrived on time. Did quality install and clean up.

We were told by the Best Buy associate who booked the install that Geek Squad was not available on weekends. So we had to choose a weekday and take time off of work. We were told the installer would be there at a certain time early morning and then the time was switched to later in the day. During phone calls with the technician the installer was rude and dismissive. He also informed us that we should be there and why didn't we choose a weekend if we were not available. (Thankfully, my father-in-law agreed to be present for the install.) However, the sales associate told us at the time of purchase that weekends were not an option. The installer also drilled screws through the medicine cabinet and laundry chute, on the opposite wall causing damage. I should have saved myself the headache and $250.00. I have to reinstall now anyway as it was not in the correct place.
