Geek Squad delivered and installed my TV

Later [3 days] I noticed that some speakers connections were not complete so only partial sound from them. The TV settings were made but the next day some shows did not appear to have HD quality. I looked at guidance info on YouTube and made adjustments. Now everything looks as expected.

Great technician, but over priced service.

The technician was very honest, neat, and helpful. But I blame the storefront managers on not being specific with this service. I was told that this service includes wire concealment service, and I just have to pay for the $150 power management box which I feel like is overpriced. Technician installed my wall mount, but I was told that this type of service doesn’t put in perspective the tim management since he had other appts that day. I ended up hiring an independent business to do a wire concealment and power management service. Which ended up being way cheaper by a $120 which I could’ve saved, and wish I never paid for best buy’s Ripoff service.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is nice to know the Geek Squad Agent that was in your home was a good representation of Best Buy. There is a charge involved when wires would be concealed, and absolutely something that should have been discussed initially at the store. I'm glad you've ultimately had the job completed, even if it was not through Best Buy. Hopefully, you are enjoying the new setup!
